二、工作原理Working principle

被处理水经进水口进入超声波紫外线杀菌器机体,波长在254nm的强紫外线C(UVC)对水流进行均匀照射,达到广谱杀菌效果,同时,频率在20KHZ以上的超声波对水具有空化、混合、裂解、氧化、推流、杀菌、灭藻、清洗、除垢防垢等一系列作用,超声波空化实现了辅助杀菌和对有机物的降解,其产生的局部激波能使被处理水产生紊流现象,使水与紫外线更加充分均匀的接触,使杀菌更高效;同时超声波对腔体和石英套管起到了关键的清洗、除垢、防垢作用,使紫外线灯在高盐度海水内不结垢、不污染,长期保持良好的杀菌效果。

世纪源超声波紫外线杀菌器充分利用超声波的超声空化效应,不但克服了以上缺点,能永远保持石英套管较高的透光率,同时还具有辅助杀菌作用。超声空化即:液体中的微小气泡核在超声波作用下产生振动,当声压达到一定值时,气泡将继续膨胀,然后突然闭合,在气泡闭合时产生冲击波,这种膨胀、闭合、振荡等一系列动力学过程称为超声空化。这些小气泡急速崩溃时在气泡内产生了高温(5000K)、高压(上千个大气压),并且由于气泡周围的液体高速冲入气泡,而在气泡附近的液体中产生了强烈的局部激波,也形成了局部的高温高压,从而产生了超声波的混合、清洗、粉碎、裂解、推流、氧化、杀菌、灭藻、除垢、防垢等一系列的作用。

三、技术特点  Technical characteristics

1、超声波紫外线杀菌器是利用声学和光学相结合的方法来进行广谱杀菌的一种纯物理杀菌工艺。20KHZ以上的超声波所产生的空化效应具有超强的清洗、除垢、防垢功能,不但能永远保持石英套管较高的透光率,同时超声空化还具有良好的杀菌、混合、氧化、推流作用,它能够使被处理水分布均匀,杀菌快而平稳,灭菌率高,对细菌、病毒、微生物的杀菌作用一般在一秒以内,而其它传统的杀菌方法要想达到超声+紫外C同等的杀菌效果则需要20分钟至一小时的时间。
