产品简介Product brief introduction

是在双级智控压差过滤机基础上开发研制的一种具有多种功能的全自动综合性水处理设备;它采用过滤精度可达50微米的高强度耐海水不锈钢烧结网,集全自动高压反洗和超声波清洗杀菌技术于一体,无需更换滤元、清洗彻底无死角、自动运行、自动反洗、自动排污,同时具有超声波杀菌灭藻、消毒、阻垢、降低COD和防止滤网污堵等多种功能。系统运行安全可靠,维护方便,运行费用低。

Automatic ballast water filter is a multifunctional integrated automatic water treatment equipment which is developed based on the Double Intelligent Pressure Differential Filter. It uses up to 50 microns filtration precision high-strength seawater resistant sintered stainless steel net, set against automatic high-pressure wash and ultrasonic cleaning sterilization technology in one, and do not need to replace the filter element, clean thoroughly and no dead ends, automatic operation, automatic back wash, auto emissions, but also has ultrasonic bath sterilization, disinfection, reduce COD and prevent filter fouling and other features. The system safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, low operating costs.

             

工作原理Working principle

原水由进水口进入机体,首先以外压方式流经粗滤网,滤除较大颗粒性杂质。粗滤网出水以内压式进入细滤网,进一步截留水中的细小杂质,同时,超声波同步工作,对液体中的微小气泡核产生振动,当声压达到一定值时,气泡将继续膨胀,然后突然闭合,这些小气泡急速崩溃时在气泡内产生了高温(5000K)高压(上千个大气压),并且由于气泡周围的液体高速冲入气泡,而在气泡附近的液体中产生了强烈的局部激波,也形成了局部的高温高压,从而产生了超声的杀菌、清洗、粉碎、乳化、分散、阻垢、促进化学反应等一系列的作用。频率在20KHz以上的超声波集高级氧化、焚烧、超临界氧化等多种水处理技术于一身,不但能防止滤网污堵,延长滤网反洗周期,同时具有显著地杀菌和降解有机物的功能。

随着过滤介质中各种污染物在细滤网内侧的累积,过滤通道被堵塞,进出水口压差逐渐增加,当压差达到预设定值时,连接于进出水口的压差变送器便将检测到的压差信号转换成4-20mA的电流信号,传递给控制系统,(反洗周期亦可通过设定时间实现),系统自动启动行程电机和反冲洗高压泵,此时传动装置带动装有吸嘴的排污轴在滤网内侧做旋转和水平往返运动,同时,在滤网外侧,高压反冲洗装置与排污装置同步动作,并呈对应关系,在不中断正常产水的前提下,只借助一小部分产品水,对滤网进行高压反洗,反洗水透过滤网,连同从滤网上剥离的杂质被吸嘴迅速吸入排污轴,最后由排污室排出。

When the pressure reaches a certain value, bubbles will continue to expand, then suddenly closed. When these bubbles collapse rapidly, generated high Temperature(5000K) and high pressure (thousands of atmospheres) in the bubbles, and as the liquid around the bubbles into the bubbles high-speed, The liquid around the bubbles generated a strong local shock, also formed the high local temperature and pressure, resulting ultrasonic sterilization, cleaning, grinding, emulsifying, dispersing,promote chemical reactions and a series of  role. Ultrasonic frequencies above 20KHz set advanced oxidation, incineration, supercritical  oxidation and other water technologies in one. It is not only to prevent filter fouling, extend the filter backwash cycle,but also has significant function of sterilization and degradation of organic compounds.

With the pollutants  in the  filter media accumulated inside the fine filter, the filter channels are blocked, water inlet and outlet pressure increasing. When the pressure reaches the preset value, the pressure transducer detects which is connected to the inlet and outlet will put the pressure signals into 4-20mA current signal, then pass to the control system(The backwash frequency can also be pre-set by time). The system will automatically starts the motor and anti-stroke high-pressure pump flush when the running time reach to the pre-set value.At this time, the gearing drive the dirt collector with nozzles to do  the rotation and level back and force movement inside of the filter.mean while,outside the filter, the High-pressure backwash device and the sewage device do synchronous. Movement and show a corresponding relationship. At the premise without interrupting normal operation, it high-pressure backwash the filter with only a small part of the product water. The backwashed water through the filter, together with the impurities from the filter strip are quickly inhaled into the dirt collector by the nozzle,sent to the sewage axis, and finally discharged from the sewage chamber .

压载水过滤机工作原理

该过滤机主要用于海水的净化、杀菌、阻垢、降解有机物等,特别是对水质要求较高的船舶压载水领域,和超声波紫外线杀菌器联合使用,主要功能可去除和杀灭海水中泥沙、悬浮物、藻类、生物粘泥、腐蚀产物、大分子细菌、真菌、有机物、原生物及其它微小颗粒等杂质,同时具有超声波杀菌灭藻、消毒、阻垢、降低COD等多种功能,达到水质净化的目的。

传统过滤机只能用于粗过滤行业,主要原因归结于当采用精度50μm以上过滤网时,因过滤机本体不具备可靠的高压反冲洗功能,所以过滤网污堵后清洗不彻底,使过滤网通量无法恢复,因此导致过滤机无法正常运行。
